Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using your original payment method. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs.
